I can't wait! He'll be home for 18 days and then when he goes back we will have 4.5 months left of deployment. Its strange to think of 4.5 months as a short time period. I think that the pending move to Ft. Riley makes me want the time to go slower. Apparantly, we will be relocated by June 30th. We don't have orders yet, so anything can happen, but that's what I am prepping myself for.
So now we have to figure out what to do with the house in this crappy market and where we want to live in KS - on post - off post etc. It seems that the houses for rent in Ft. Riley are MORE expensive than here! I worry about finding a home that will make us happy. We will probably be there for a while, so I want to make sure we have enough room PLUS we're planning to have another baby. I guess if we have a boy he can share with Wyatt...I guess a girl could too??? All I DO KNOW is that all the "unknowns" stress me out. I wish we didn't have to do the move so soon after the guys got home. Also, a squadron move to Ft. Riley will mean that some of our friends may not be coming with us. Some will be getting out of the Army and some will be putting in to transfer to a different post. I am not looking forward to this move.
